As I have expressed many times, to the extent that in our profession They incorporated the latest techniques of computing and communication They have been complemented more basic knowledge, to the point once finalized our curriculum, many times, our students or While they have forgotten their basic part or these have already been revalued knowledge. Herein lies the importance of having a strong program of Continuing Medical Update, that will allow the professional not be marginalized from the rapid evolution of knowledge, not only by the conceptual implications that fact generates, but also by the labor burden that is caused. Every time doctors have to spend less time
our patients, because the mandates of Law 100, so we have more ethical obligation to lavish a good professional care, which in part will be obtained with a good program of Continuing Education.
