with secondary sources of the results of tests of Dynamic IPS users treated in the study period, in which variables such as age and Pap smear results (n = 261 789), Gram (n = 70 447) and direct vaginal discharge (n = 89 527) Records with incomplete data were excluded. Statistical analysis was performed medians and proportions. Results: of all samples tested of Pap smear (n = 261 789), 1,99% were squamous lesions, of these 0,038% were positive signs of cervical cancer confirmed by pathologist; 8,01% corresponds to high-grade intraepithelial lesions and 36,13% for low-grade squamous lesions. In examining vaginal discharge 14 803 direct positive evidence (16,51%) for
fungal vaginitis, 19 079 (21,31%) for bacterial vaginosis and 414 (0,46%) for Trichomonas vaginitis is found; in Gram test was observed that imbalance of the normal flora
generated by Gardnerella vaginalis occupy most frequently positive 19 186 (27,23%). Conclusion: found data in relation to the frequencies of squamous intraepithelial lesions and vaginal infections related to reported in the national literature; however, for cases of ASCUS variation is probably because of the characteristics of this atypical.
