Hypertension is one of the leading causes of morbidity and mortality and one of the issues most important public health in developing countries and developed countries (3). High blood pressure is asymptomatic, easy to detect, easy to treat and often has fatal complications if left untreated (2).
Among the complications are lesions target organ (heart, neurological complications, commitment and CNS and retina, kidney and vascular endothelium). It is these complications that increase the morbidity and mortality statistics in the population.
