Materials and Methods:Cross-sectional study, with a total sample of 89 emergency service workers of health intermediate units of San Cayetano, Enea and Center. The studydeterminesthe psychosocial work factors and quality of working life of ASSBASALUD ESE Manizales workers and how they interact each other. Results: Among participants, 81% are women and 19% me n, average age 36 years, average socioeconomic status 72% (3-4), 61% nursing auxiliaries, 19%
doctors. We found that 55% perceive quite quality of working life, 11% job satisfaction. We found that quality of working lifeis related with socioeconomic status, intrinsic motivation, management support, job satisfaction and general health.
Discussion: The workers perceive enough workload, enough management support, a lot of intrinsic motivation and an average level of quality of life. It was found that some workers are dissatisfied with their job stability and the salary they earn
