Objective: to describe the perception of adolescents against pregnancy in a systematic review. The perception of adolescents regarding pregnancy is a reality that determines the understanding of the feelings found in the face of an unplanned experience. Materials and methods: qualitative methodology of bibliographic review with 25 articles of high scientific prestige between the period of 2013 - 2017, based on psychological, pathophysiological and social aspects, where the current state of the pampering was verified. Results: of ambivalence, acceptance or rejection; in which the negative appreciations include fear, helplessness, conceptions of unwanted pregnancy, frustration of goals for school dropout and ideas of abortion, and among the positive perceptions found acceptance, responsibility, coping and activation of the maternal role. Conclusion: that the young pregnant woman can conceive her pregnancy based on the different biopsychosocial factors she goes through.
