Hematopoietic stem cells transplantation is a very beneficial procedure for the treatment of hematological diseases in which the only possibility of cure is by this method. There are several options to perform the transplant: autologous and allogeneic transplant. There are complications that have been trying to avoid adopting measures that have sometimes been successful. The benefit that this procedure represents has made it adopted by many people and has led to the increase of donors worldwide.
