Bilioenteric fístulas occurs as a rare complication of gallstone disease. A 64 years-old female patient with diagnosis of upper digestive bleeding due to a cholecystoduodenal fístula is presented. This clinical case represents a rare gastrointestinal emergency that remember us that rare complications of diverse diseases can be omitted in any clinical scenario.
