Data were analyzed from the association proportions and OR and nominal logistic regression. Results: 52,9% of the sample correspond to adults over 45, 59, 6% women, 94.2% have health services, 61, 7% of private type and only 12.5% have complementary plans. 64, 6% are satisfied with their health services but have more than 45 years and have less than 10 years of study, showed a negative impact on HRQOL (OR: 1,68; p = 0,04, OR: 2,7; p = 0,001, respectively); when performing multivariate analysis, the model that best explains the compromise of HRQoL include: low education (OR: 3,04; p = 0,00), dissatisfaction with comfort and cleanliness of health services (OR: 2,13; p = 0,02) and dissatisfaction with care provided by administrative staff of the institution (OR: 1,75; p = 0,04). Conclusion: the low level of schooling, present dissatisfaction with the comfort and cleanliness of the services and care provided by the administrative staff generates negative impact on HRQoL.
