The endothelium interface. From the most primitive and inferior animals is necessary to establish the blood barrier cell tissue to facilitate gas and nutrient exchange, evolution has been made with the proliferation making endothelial cells to facilitate the growth and development of tissues, organs, systems and the entire living being. This allows the growth and development of the endothelial cell in the angiogenesis process which is performed in the various physiological processes that facilitate
vasculogenesis in the growth and development of normal and pathological organs, in case of hypertrophy, inflammation and tumors.
