Practical and theoretical knowledge of cardiopulmonary and cerebral reanimation (CPCR) has saved thousands of lives. In general, the 3 steps concerning it are: A) control of air way, this procedure involves the tilting back of the head and the lifting of the chin in order to move the jaw for orotraqueal intubation . B) respiratory aid. C) circulatory aid. The combination of the 3 helps the patient for an advanced reanimation in charge of
specialized personnel, all whom should activate a survival chain (reanimation, desfribilation, and advanced care). It is known that the most frequent natural death is due to cardiac failures; which has a variety of risk factors, most of them preventable. Besides, the main goal of the CPCR is to provide oxygen to the brain and heart; up to the point where specific treatment can be applied
to improve cardiac functionality and normal ventilation. Therefore, the respiratory control allows, generally, the survival of a heart failure. It is then, imperative to know about CPCR.
