 By the fact always it has been a cardiologist clinical vocation and have had the privilege of meeting many of the technological advances that currently handle such as hemodynamics, angiography, computed tomography and echocardiography type M, two-dimensional with doppler color, I have had the opportunity to appreciate the contributions of these techniques in the diagnosis of mitral stenosis, mitral insufficiency, aortic stenosis and aortic regurgitation for example. However, I think the General Medical must be equipped with a large clinical qualities because in the diagnosis Blows, found in these diseases, should prevail his good medical sense and great clinical judgment.
