Blair et al. In 1989, explained that only moderate physical activity to confer significant benefits in all possible causes of cardiovascular mortality (4) is required.
There are primary prevention studies showing that exercise is as effective as quitting smoking, controlling blood pressure, control and manage dyslipidemia and even if
these risk factors were not controlled, exercise by itself, has a powerful effect in reducing the coronary events.
