Lúmina (Universidad de Manizales) is an open-access scientific journal published by the University of Manizales. Since 1996, it has promoted the dissemination of academic knowledge in the fields of administration, accounting, economics, organizations, and development by publishing original works that contribute to the scientific, theoretical, methodological, and applied debate in these areas.
The journal publishes research, reflection, and review articles, as well as other types of academic contributions defined in its editorial policies. Its approach is pluralistic and interdisciplinary, and it welcomes works that address issues related to management and strategy, innovation, competitiveness, sustainability, social responsibility, governance, risk management, organizational development, economics, accounting, and related fields.
