Author Guidelines
Publication requirements
- All authors must have ORCID. If you do not have it, register at the following link https://orcid.org/login
- The manuscript must be an original, unpublished work, and signifies an empirical or theoretical contribution of relevance, which is corroborated by the plagiarism software UNICHEK
- Multiple articles by an author will not be published in the same issue and year
- When you approve an article, it will be published in its original language
- The article must be sent only through the Open Journal System platform, making the corresponding registration in the following link http://revistasum.umanizales.edu.co/ojs/index.php/tempuspsi/user/register
- Authors should not be included in the text of the article. This information will be in attached file
- The personal and institutional information of all authors (complex name, first degree obtained, last academic degree, position, institution where he works, orcid, e-mail) must be included in the register in the attached file
File requirements
- It must be in Word format.
- The title must contain at most 12 words.
- You must enter the names and surnames of the authors below the title. The following data must appear in the footnote: institutional affiliation, ORCID and email.
- It must contain a summary of no more than 130 words in Spanish and English.
- It must contain five keywords in Spanish and English, they must be registered in the UNESCO thesaurus or in the DeCS (Descriptors in health sciences)
- Do not exceed 8,000 words, including references
- Integrate the graphs and tables, in editable text, in the position and location in which they should appear in the article
- Do not use underscores
- Use bold only for titles and subtitles
- For citations, references, tables and figures follow the standards of the American Psychological Association (APA) latest edition
- Avoid footnotes; if its use is necessary, do it in numerical sequence
- Include the list of bibliographic references, it must be done in accordance with the standards of the American Psychological Association (APA) latest edition
Informed consent
In the case of research work involving people, especially children and young people, it is essential to attach as an annex to the article the informed consent model used in the research.
Letter of authorship
In the submission of the manuscript must be included, through the Open Journal System platform, the letter of authorship
Copyright Notice
All the authors of the submitted article participated in its preparation; they also know that they have been included as authors, approve their appearance and accept all the conditions included in this transfer of rights.
The group of co-authors of the article will be considered CEDENTES in this document. The assignors state that they transfer free of charge all the economic rights of author derived from said article, in favor of the Journal Tempus Psicológico, of the Faculty of Social and Human Sciences, of the University of Manizales.
Likewise, the assignees declare that the article is original, that it is of its exclusive creation and that it has not been and will not be presented before, after or simultaneously with another publication other than the Tempus Psychological Journal, without prior response from the Editor of the Journal, on the evaluation of the article mentioned above, so that the assignees declare that there is no impediment of any nature to the present assignment of rights. The assignees also declare themselves solely responsible for any action of vindication, plagiarism or other type of claim that may arise in this regard.
By virtue of this assignment, the ASSIGNEE is authorized to copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, market the article object of the assignment, by any digital, electronic or reprographic means, preserving the obligation to respect in any case the moral rights of the author, contained in article 30 of Law 23 of 1982.
