1. Authorship Declaration and Consent

By submitting a manuscript to the journal Tempus Psicológico, all listed authors formally declare that they have actively participated in its preparation, are fully aware of their inclusion within the author group, approve the final version, and unconditionally accept all terms set forth within this formal transfer of rights.

2. Transfer of Patrimonial Intellectual Property Rights

• Contractual Roles: Within this document, the co-authors shall act collectively as the Grantors/Assignors, and the Universidad de Manizales shall act as the Assignee.
• Gratuitous Assignment: The Assignors hereby transfer, free of charge, all economic and patrimonial copyrights derived from the manuscript to the journal Tempus Psicológico, edited by the Faculty of Social and Human Sciences at the Universidad de Manizales.
• Originality Warranty: The Assignors formally declare that the manuscript is entirely original, constitutes their exclusive intellectual creation, and has not been—nor will be—presented simultaneously to any other scientific publication while under evaluation by Tempus Psicológico, unless a formal release is issued by the Editor-in-Chief. Consequently, the Assignors declare that there is no legal impediment of any nature regarding this transfer of rights, assuming sole liability for any allegations of plagiarism, vindication, or third-party intellectual property claims.

3. Publisher Authorization and Moral Rights Preservation

By virtue of this assignment, the Assignee is fully authorized to copy, reproduce, distribute, sub-license, publish, index, and market the published manuscript through any digital, electronic, or reprographic medium. The journal guarantees the absolute preservation of the authors' moral rights in strict compliance with Article 30 of Colombian Law 23 of 1982.

4. Open Access Licensing and Reuse Terms

All articles published in the journal Tempus Psicológico and their respective contents are permanently open access and distributed under the international legal framework of the following license:

• Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivatives 4.0 International License (CC BY-NC-ND 4.0). This license permits users to download and share the work as long as proper authorship credit is provided; however, the material cannot be altered, transformed, or utilized for commercial purposes.
