Confidentiality and Data Protection Policy

Following the international benchmarks established during the Second World Conference on Research Integrity (Singapore, July 22–24, 2010), the journal Tempus Psicológico implements all necessary protocols to guarantee that manuscript contents remain strictly confidential throughout the entire editorial and evaluation process prior to publication. The Editor-in-Chief and the editorial board shall safeguard the confidentiality of all manuscripts submitted for peer review and are strictly prohibited from disclosing any related information to third parties.

The names, institutional affiliations, and email addresses entered into this journal's platform shall be used exclusively for the stated scholarly purposes of Tempus Psicológico and will not be made available or distributed for any other purpose, marketing endeavor, or external party.

  1. Statutory Legal Compliance (Habeas Data)

In strict compliance with Statutory Law 1581 of 2012 on Data Protection (Habeas Data) and the concordant regulatory decrees of the Republic of Colombia, corresponding authors are formally notified that by supplying and voluntarily registering their data within the channels enabled on this website, they expressly authorize their incorporation into the journal's secure database. This information shall be treated with absolute confidentiality and processed exclusively for the editorial, administrative, and indexing workflows of the publication.
