In this paper I develop a technological
model for the Control of the organizational
architecture, starting from the consideration
that its application will contribute
to the increase of the organizational
competitiveness and productivity.
The fi rst element of the technological
model is the control of the powers and
interests in the organization. The second
element is the control of the organizational
culture (vision, mission, values
and objectives). The third element is
the control of the structure and activities
in relation to the generation of value.
The fourth element is the control of the
organizational communication. The last
element, which complements the model
of control of the organizational architecture,
is the organizational legitimacy.
This model of control is emergent and
does not have precedents in the practice
of Fiscal Control and, in this sense,
it is an innovation that is suggested for
the consideration of the academic and
professional community.
