The journal Lúmina adopts the COPE guidelines, the CRediT Taxonomy, and the Singapore Declaration on Research Integrity as references to define its criteria for authorship and contribution. In this regard, only those individuals who have made a substantial intellectual contribution to the manuscript, participated in its drafting, critical review, or final approval, and assume responsibility for the integrity, accuracy, and traceability of their contribution may be recognized as authors. The journal may request explicit declarations of authorship contributions in accordance with the CRediT Taxonomy to ensure transparency regarding the roles played in the research and manuscript preparation. Individuals who have collaborated on the work but whose participation does not meet the journal's defined authorship criteria should be acknowledged in the acknowledgments section. The order of authorship must be approved by all signatories before manuscript submission.
