Technological tools play a fundamental role in learning at all levels, especially in higher education, where academia, research and engineering are articulated directly. This article indicates the methodology carried out for the design and implementation of a video game that facilitates and strengthens the learning of some articles of the national police and coexistence code. Students of the ESAVI Police Aviation School, which was develop in 4 phases, carried out the work. The first consisted of a documentary review of the current state of knowledge and theoretical foundation, in the second phase the articles of the new code were identified, which have the greatest impact on ESAVI police personnel. For this, a questionnaire was developed and applied to a sample of 35 uniformed police aviation school. In the third phase a pedagogical-didactic 3D video game was implemented to strengthen the learning of some articles of the National Police and Coexistence Code, of the personnel; taking into account the management of the most successful development software for the design of said video game in third dimension, using Arduino as the technology to be applied because it is free software, easy to use and programming. Finally, a pilot test was carried out, which allowed us to observe the applicability of the pedagogical-didactic video game in third dimension on the knowledge and exercise of the new National Police and Coexistence Code.
