The Plumilla Educativa journal editorial team is responsible for editorial policies. The Editorial is also responsible for publishing standards and compliance with these in each publication. It will publish corrections on errata, clarifications and rectifications, if this is the case, in the digital version of the Journal.
The editorial team is responsible for the entire process of the submitted manuscripts, as well as maintaining the confidentiality of the manuscripts in the peer review process until publication and when the manuscripts are withdrawn or rejected.
When a number is published, the publisher must be responsible for the dissemination and distribution of the number among the people and institutions with which it has acquired a commitment to exchange and with the authors of the articles.

Guarantees that 60% of the articles are external to the university and 40%, if submitted to the call, is allowed for authors of the University of Manizales.
Warranty that at least 60% of the articles are derived from research processes.
