The landscape of flavors. A tour of the traditional kitchens of the Coffee Cultural Landscape of the municipalities of Manizales and Aránzazu, through a sound installation and augmented reality

The landscape of flavors is a research-creation project that seeks to bring to the ears of the city the soundscapes of the traditional kitchens of the Municipality of Manizales and Aránzazu that are part of the Coffee Cultural Landscape (PCC). This project has as general purpose build a procedural work from soundscapes recreated from traditional culinary practices in coffee farms in the municipalities of Manizales and Aránzazu within the PCC. To achieve this, collected and selected -through sound records- the marks (soundmark) of each kitchen traditional. The result will be a sound installation with augmented reality that allows bringing, not only soundscapes in a listening design, but also allows whoever interacts to travel to the four kitchens using the augmented reality technique.
