In October 1999 the Spanish philosopher Fernando Savater was invited to Manizales for the Latin American Youth Days, a space that emerged within the children's sample that began
to carry out the Latin American Theater Festival in 1993 and that in 1997 became independent to give space to a meeting led by Pedro Zapata and organized by young people between 12 and 25 years old, in order to bring together young creators from
all over the continent.
