As time goes by, thinking about communication has become a common topic. The greater evidence of this lies in the large number of models that seek to systematize their functioning. This text tries to offer a cartographic sketch of two foundational concepts of the
communicative field as obligatory places to think about their operation without leading to a model.
Perhaps its value is didactic in nature, a provocation to think outside of modeling, which is why we use language and technique as centers theoretical gravity and the implementation (cinema as text) of said concepts within from the big screen.
