Geopoetics of the image. The ruins as a becoming aesthetic

Geopoética de la imagen. Las ruinas como un devenir estético

This article shows part of the results of the research interested in the ruins in aesthetic terms,
which set out to find through multiple visual languages ​​a different concept of ruin from the one
traditionally known by society. Allowing the ruins to speak through tours of different places,
abandoned houses in the city, tours of the countryside where bodies and abandoned objects are found.
For these routes, the transmedia is configured as a possibility of relationship between times,
memories and spaces, it is thus then when the routes mark a methodological route from one aspect
and it is the feeling that is translated into three moments: the experience (the lived), the
reflection (the interpretation) and creation (the work) that concludes in the relationship that
emerges within the exploration in the ruins. Ruins are understood as narratives through times and
spaces that redefine their multiple identities.
