- Assume that the authors have decided to withdraw their article from the selection process, when the requested adjustments are not presented within the indicated period. This does not imply that they lose the possibility of presenting it for future editions.
- Establish as rejected those articles that: - do not correspond to the interests of the journal, - do not comply with the format parameters after the first adjustment is requested, - obtain an average rating lower than 60 points in the thematic evaluation or in the Integral evaluation, - having exceeded the average 60 points, there is a consensus among the evaluators about the inconvenience of its publication, or - in its final version some kind of plagiarism is detected.
- Do not reconsider the decision when an item is rejected or has been taken as retired for failing to meet the stipulated delivery times.
- If, after a reasonable period of time, one of the three arbitrators has not complied with the delivery of their evaluation, the director informs the authors of the result obtained from the evaluation of two referees, except in those cases that by conflicting results, the director should consider the evaluation of a new third arbitrator.
- Articles rejected, or withdrawn by the authors during the selection process, are released from any relationship with the journal, and therefore available by the authors.
The process of evaluation and selection of articles comprises three moments:

In case of correspondence to the interest of the journal, aspect defined by the Scientific Committee, the authors are indicated those aspects to be adjusted and the deadline to make the new delivery.
- Thematic evaluation. Having verified the fulfillment of the formal requirements, the article will be sent to evaluation by three expert referees, members of the Arbitration Committee of the magazine. This arbitration is done in a confidential way (double blind: the referees do not know the names of the authors and vice versa), by means of a specific format, requesting its concept on the convenience or not of its publication, and the recommendations for improvement of the Article. The result of the evaluation is informed to the authors in a timely manner by electronic mail, and if required, the date for the delivery of the adjusted documents is indicated, in order for the arbitrators to issue their definitive concept on the condition of publishable or do not.
The evaluation format is attached to the message where the arbitration is requested, along with a copy of the article and the referee's information format.
