Procedure for risk management in the development of educational software

Procedimiento para la gestión del riesgo en el desarrollo del software educativo

The article gives a brief overview of the processes in risk management, taking into account the fundamental processes established in the literature and the educational software, indicating the pedagogical aspects necessary for risk management in this type of software. Subsequently, the procedure proposed by four phases for risk management with its actions and operations is delimited, defining the roles involved, as well as the artifacts that are generated in each of them. In each of them the formulas provided for the calculation of the values of the probabilities that will allow decision making about risk are integrated.
