The present study addresses the opinion of teachers regarding errors in writing in primary education students associated with the use of technology and the development of technological competence that teachers and students have. For this, a Likert scale survey was created with 40 questions and was administered to 49 teachers from different parts of Spain. It has been found, in the opinion of the teachers surveyed, that students commit certain types of spelling errors, but it can not be guaranteed that they are generalizable to the use of ICT. Finally, the opinion teachers have been analyzed based on the competence they have, both students and teachers themselves on the technologies, being very positive.
