The present work is offered as a proposal; a computer tool created for teachers who make up the group of the year, with the aim of perfecting their methodological work, favoring even more the quality of the teaching process. The management of the information implies the handling of great volume of this one; requiring a better use of time, as well as the preservation of information. The computer module is part of the document management carried out in the IT department of the Higher Metallurgical Mining Institute of Moa (ISMMM). At first, its operation will be checked with the IT career; however, his future vision is to achieve its implantation in other careers of the center. Its main purpose is to achieve excellent compliance with the objectives of the year, promoting the integration of educational and instructional aspects with an interdisciplinary approach that will support the methodological work.
