Business incubation is a management model that supports entrepreneurs through a process of organized support, usually in the stages of selection, Pre-Incubation, Hatching, Post-incubation and monitoring, to enhance the chances of success of a new company to establish links with entrepreneurs, consultants, developers, investors, users, customers, communities, suppliers, I2+D centers, networks, public or private entities. This paper presents the advances in the design of a metamodel for business incubation process by describing the conceptual model. For processing analysis methodologies and experiences incubation, guidelines, stages, actors, requirements and indicators it was made; resulted in the specification of the knowledge domain using Conceptual Modeling Language (CML), and ontology concepts using Web Ontology Language (OWL). The main contribution is the representation of knowledge associated domains entrepreneurship, creation and incubation of companies, by specifying concepts, attributes, rules and relationships, using languages that allow communication, dissemination, locating and retrieving of information among different types of Applications; additionally, identifying, ranking and description of terms helps prevent semantic ambiguity.
