No one organization was prepared to face a crisis situation generated by the coronavirus pandemic, but one characteristic of a good leader is being able to react to uncertainty and the unexpected. This crisis requires immediate responses from companies not only to survive the situation, but especially to make decisions that do not affect the medium and long term sustainability. To the technical and financial decisions are added those that have to do with people, this is how human resource management becomes a great opportunity to overcome the crisis and come out stronger. This is what these reflections point to.
