Organizational culture and local development in micro and small entrepreneurial and innovative businesses

Cultura organizacional y desarrollo local en micro y pequeños negocios emprendedores e innovadores

The review and discussion of the theoretical and conceptual frameworks related to local development in relation to organizational studies was the objective of this paper. A review of the state of the art was carried out, considering the period from 2010 to 2020, as well as the inclusion of key words. The search was oriented towards the relationship between micro, small and medium enterprises in relation to entrepreneurship and local innovation, however, the type of work is limited by the design of information processing.
