Nowadays education and learning are based on different pedagogical models. The ministry of education, with the purpose to improve the quality in education, invites to the educative institutions of Colombia to include pedagogical models that allow the construction of the curriculum and the pedagogical practice. For that reason, elementary and high schools are worried to design a project to identify these schools with property in the context that they perform. In Colombia the impact of ICT (Information and Communication Technology), has been very important, taking a huge increase in the last two decades. The educative institutions are improving an interactive virtual process for doing a more efficient learning and for arriving to a high number of users. This article makes evident that there is a deficiency to design the curriculum in different educative institutions and that ICT is being included in an arbitrary way without connecting it with a pedagogical method. Therefore, this article proposes to interpret David Paul Ausubel’s constructivism thinking in the learning process and to connect it with the last virtual methodologies especially with Web 3.0.
