Designing a functional prototype for content management applied to a shared whiteboard

Diseño de un prototipo funcional para la administración de contenidos aplicado a una pizarra compartida

Shared whiteboards are tools for working in a collaborative environment where participants share information, reviews and resources. This variety of tools are used to support in different areas such as labor, professional, educational, among others, as a new model of interaction is brewing characterized by the passage of one-way communication to a more open model that allows interaction group. The collaborative work is a requirement in today's society, as it contributes to the integral formation of the person and his immersion in the world of work producing changes in the forms of communication and knowledge construction. This paper describes the analysis and design of a functional prototype collaborative whiteboard administrable PrismaBoard® that allows administration of the information contained in it, so that they can produce reports, generate diagnostic, and make decisions to build shown a more efficient and meaningful analysis of the information posted on the board.
